The Client shall completely ignore any call from number other than the numbers mentioned on Vivekpatil.com website, claiming to be from Vivekpatil.com and shall report such cases to Vivekpatil.com.

The Client understands that vivekpatil.com, may use or rely on the information, publicly available material, and that vivekpatil.com does not assume responsibility for independent correctness of any such information.

DECLARATION BY THE CLIENT

a) I am above 18 years of age & have read and hereby agree with the (a) subscription structure, (b) mechanism for charging fee (3) Payment of subscription (4) terms and conditions of services of Vivekpatil.com.

b) I am desirous of obtaining training, education, advisory based on my request to Vivekpatil.com. I was provided with ample opportunity to ask questions/seek clarifications, etc.

c) I declare that I am authorized to subscribe to various services through legitimate sources that do not contravene any prevailing law.

d) I confirm and believe that this transaction is appropriate for me and suits my objective and risk taking ability.

e) I agree that there is no guarantee of any return on investments made and the past performance does not indicate the future performance of any services.
